1.范围

  本文件规定了高炉出铁沟浇注料的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本文件适用于高炉主沟、铁沟、渣沟和摆动流槽等部位的工作层耐火浇注料(含预制件),以及热修补用喷涂料。

3 术语和定义

  GB/T 18930界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。

4 牌号

  高炉出铁沟浇注料按高炉容积大小和使用部位分为ASC-1、ASC-2、ASC-3、ASC-4、ASC-5、ASC-6.

ASC-7、ASC-8 共八个牌号。其中 A、S、C分别代表 Al2O3、SiC、C。

5 技术要求

  高炉出铁沟浇注料的理化指标应符合表 1 的规定

6试验方法

6.1 试样制备按GB/T 4513.5进行,试样焙烧应在埋碳条件下进行。

6.2 化学成分的测定按 GB/T 16555进行。

6.3体积密度、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 4513.6 进行

7 质量评定程序

7.1 组批

  产品按同一牌号组批,每批不大于60t,原料或生产工艺变更时应另行组批。

7.2 抽样

  产品抽样按GB/T 4513.2进行

7.3 合格判定规则

  化学成分、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。检验结果的平均值均符合表 1的规定时,为合格。检验结果如有不合格项时,应按 7.2 重新取双倍数量的试样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批次产品合格:否则判为不合格。

7.4 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明,使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

 

 

 

Blast furnace castable

1.Scope

  This document specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of blast furnace castables.

  This document is applicable to the working layer refractory castables (including prefabricated parts) in the main ditch, iron ditch, slag ditch and swing flume of blast furnace, as well as spray coatings for hot repair.

2.Normative reference documents

  The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, only the version corresponding to the date of the reference file is applicable to this document, and the latest version of the reference file without the date is applicable to this document (including all amendment orders).

  GBT 4513.2 Amorphous refractories – Part 2: Sampling.

  GB/T 4513.5 Amorphous refractories – Part 5: Sample preparation and preparation.

  GB/T 4513.6 Amorphous refractories – Part 6: Determination of physical properties.

  GB/T 15545 General requirements for packaging, marking, transport, storage and quality certificates of amorphous refractory materials.

  GB/T 16555 Method for chemical analysis of refractories containing carbon, silicon carbide and nitride.

  GBT 18930 Refractory terminology.

3.Terms and definitions

  The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18930 apply to this document.

4.Brand

  According to the volume of blast furnace and the use of the castables can be divided into ASC-1, ASC-2, ASC-3, ASC-4, ASC-5, ASC-6.There are eight grades of ASC-7 and ASC-8. Where A, S and C represent Al2O3, SiC and C respectively.

5.Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of castables in blast furnace casting ditch should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

6 Test methods

6.1 The sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.5, and the sample roasting shall be carried out under the condition of carbon burial.

6.2 The chemical composition was determined according to GB/T 16555.

6.3 The measurement of bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

7 Quality assessment procedures

7.1 Batch

  The products shall be batch according to the same brand, each batch shall not be greater than 60t, and another batch shall be formed when the raw materials or production process is changed.

7.2 Sampling

  Product sampling was conducted according to GB/T 4513.2.

7.3 Qualification Rules

  Chemical composition, pressure strength at room temperature, heating permanent line changes are the acceptance inspection items. If the average values of the test results meet the requirements of Table 1, it is qualified. If there are any unqualified items in the test results, the unqualified items shall be reinspected by taking double the number of samples according to 7.2. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified: otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified.

7.4 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third-party certification.
