1范围

  本标准规定了硅质耐火泥浆的分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于砌筑硅质耐火砖用的硅质耐火泥浆。

3分类

  硅质耐火泥浆按用途和理化性能分为:GNR-94GNJ91,GNJ-94GNB-94GNB-96,GNG-92GNG94 七个牌号。GN是硅质、泥浆的汉语拼音首字母,RJBG分别代表热风炉、焦炉、玻璃熔窑、隔热的汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字分别代表SiO2的质量分数。

4技术要求

    硅质耐火泥浆的理化指标应符合表1、表2、表3、表4的规定,化学成分以灼烧后为基准。

5试验方法

5.1化学分析以灼烧后试样按GB/T 21114或GB/T 6901进行。

5.2耐火度的检验按GB/T 7322进行。

5.3常温抗折粘接强度的检验按GB/T 22459.4进行。

5.4荷重软化温度的检验按GB/T 22459.7进行,试样成型压力为200kN。

5.5粘接时间的检验按GB/T 22459.3进行。

5.6粒度分布(筛分析)的检验按GB/T 22459.5进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1组批

6.1.1产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批。

6.1.2同一牌号产品的最大批量不超过180t。

6.2抽样

  产品的抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。

6.3判定规则

  化学成分SiO2常温抗折粘接强度、荷重软化温度为验收检验项目。检验结果均符合表1、表2、表3、表4的规定值时,该批产品为合格。

  检验结果有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新抽取试样进行检验。检验结果符合表1、表2、表3、表4的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格批。

6.4合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志运输、贮存及质量证明书

7.1 包装、标志、运输及贮存应符合GB/T 15545的规定

7.2液体结合剂可分别包装发货。

7.3产品发出时供方应提供质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。

 

 

 

 

 

Siliceous refractory mud

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of siliceous refractory mud.

  This standard is applicable to the siliceous refractory mud used for laying siliceous refractory bricks.

3 Categories

  Silica refractory mud according to the use and physical and chemical properties are divided into :GNR-94, GNJ91,GNJ-94, GNB-94, GNB-96,GNG-92, GNG94 seven grades. G and N are the Chinese Pinyin initial letters of silicon and mud,R, J, B, and G respectively represent the Chinese Pinyin initial letters of hot blast furnace, coke oven, glass melting kiln, and heat insulation, and the following numbers respectively represent the quality fraction of SiO2.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of siliceous refractory mud should conform to the provisions of Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4, and the chemical composition is based on the burning.

5 Test methods

5.1 Chemical analysis shall be performed on the burnt sample at GB/T 21114 or GB/T 6901.

5.2 The refractories shall be tested according to GB/T 7322.

5.3 The test of flexion bond strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.4.

5.4 The test of the softening temperature under load is carried out according to GB/T 22459.7, and the molding pressure of the sample is 200kN.

5.5 The bonding time is tested according to GB/T 22459.3.

5.6 Particle size distribution (sieve analysis) was tested according to GB/T 22459.5.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be set up.

6.1.2 The maximum quantity of the same brand product shall not exceed 180t.

6.2 Sampling

  Sampling of products is carried out according to GB/T 17617.

6.3 Decision Rules

  The chemical composition SiO2 flexural bond strength at normal temperature and load softening temperature are the acceptance test items. When the test results meet the specified values in Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4, the batch of products is qualified.

  If there is any unqualified item in the test result, the sample shall be taken again for testing in accordance with the provisions of 6.2. The inspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4, then the batch of products are judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is awarded as unqualified batch.

6.4 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 15545

7.2 Liquid binders can be packaged and shipped separately.

7.3 When the products are issued, the supplier shall provide the quality certificate and the product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall contain the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
