1范围

  本文件规定了电熔镁砂的牌号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书。

  本文件适用于生产耐火材料及其他用途的电熔镁砂。

3术语和定义

3.1

  大结晶电熔镁砂 large fused magnesia(LFM)

  以轻烧氧化镁粉为原料在3000℃左右冶炼而成,透明或半透明、白色或灰白色的熔块。

3.2

  高钙电熔镁砂high fused magnesia(HFM(C/S>2))

  以特级菱镁矿石或高级浮选菱镁精矿粉为原料在2800℃左右冶炼而成,略有黄褐色的熔块。

3.3

  普通电熔镁砂fused magnesia(FM)

  以高级菱镁矿石或浮选菱镁精矿粉为原料在2600℃左右冶炼而成,深褐色或棕色的熔块

4 牌号

  电熔镁砂按生产工艺分为大结晶电熔镁砂、高钙电熔镁砂和普通电熔镁砂三类,按理化指标分为12个牌号。牌号的表示方法:LFM取自大结晶电熔镁砂英文名称的字首,HFM中的H取自高钙英文名称字首,FM取自普通电熔镁砂的英文名称首字母,其后的数值表示氧化镁的质量分数,A、B用于区分同类产品中的不同级别。

5 技术要求

5.1 理化指标

  电熔镁砂理化指标应符合表1~表3的规定。

5.2 粒度要求

  粒度为 0~50mm:其中小于 5mm 的颗粒不应超过10%。

  粒度为 0~120mm:其中小于 10mm 的颗粒不应超过10%。

  其他粒度要求,由供需双方商定。

5.3 外观

  大结晶电熔镁砂 LFM 应呈明显熔融结晶体。

6试验方法

  电熔镁砂中氧化镁、二氧化硅、氧化钙、氧化铁、氧化铝含量的测定按 GB/T 5069、GB/T21114的规定进行。

  电熔镁砂颗粒体积密度的测定按 GB/T 2999 的规定进行。

  电熔镁砂的粒度测定按 GB/T 2007.7 的规定进行。

  电熔镁砂的灼烧减量测定按 GBIT 5069 的规定进行

7检验规则

7.1 检验批量

  每一检验批量不超过 50t.

7.2 取样

  电熔镁砂取样按 GBIT 17617 的规定进行。

7.3 判定与复验

  检验结果按技术要求进行判定。需方对产品质量有异议时,由供需双方(或委托第三方)共同重新取样复验,按复验结果确定牌号。

8 包装、标志、运输、贮存及质量证明书

8.1 包装袋材料应坚韧、防潮,袋口要封严。

8.2 包装袋上应注明产品名称、数量、生产厂家和商标等。

8.3 电熔镁砂的运输工具须清洁,应有防雨雪设施,运输过程须严防潮湿和污染。

8.4 电熔镁砂应贮存在防潮湿和无污染的库房内。

8.5 质量证明书按 YB/T 5142 的规定进行。

 

 

 

 

Fused magnesia

1 Range

  This document specifies the grade, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of fused magnesia.

This document applies to the production of fused magnesia for refractories and other purposes.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1

  Large fused Magnesia (LFM)

  Transparent or translucent, white or off-white frit made from lightly burned magnesia powder smelted at about 3000℃.

3.2

  High fused magnesia(HFM(C/S>2))

  It is a slightly yellowish brown frit made from super grade magnesite or high grade flotation magnesite fine ore as raw material at about 2800℃.

3.3

  Hused magnesia(FM)

  High grade magnesite ore or flotation magnesite fine ore powder as raw materials at about 2600℃ smelting, dark brown or brown frit

4 Brand

  According to the production process, fused magnesia is divided into three categories: large crystalline fused magnesia, high calcium fused magnesia and ordinary fused magnesia, which are divided into 12 grades according to physical and chemical indexes. The expression method of the grade :LFM is taken from the first word of the English name of large crystalline fused magnesia, the H in HFM is taken from the first letter of the English name of high calcium fused magnesia, and the following value represents the quality fraction of magnesium oxide, and A and B are used to distinguish different levels in similar products.

5 Technical Requirements

5.1 Physical and Chemical Specifications

  The physical and chemical indexes of fused magnesia should conform to the provisions of Table 1 to Table 3.

5.2 Particle Size Requirements

  The particle size is 0~50mm: the particle size less than 5mm should not exceed 10%.

  The particle size is 0~120mm: the particle size less than 10mm should not exceed 10%.

  Other granularity requirements shall be agreed upon by both parties.

5.3 Appearance

  Large crystalline fused magnesia LFM should have obvious fused crystals.

6Test method

  The content of magnesia, silica, calcium oxide, iron oxide and alumina in fused magnesia is determined according to GB/T 5069 and GB/T21114.

  The measurement of the bulk density of fused magnesia particles is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 2999.

  The particle size of fused magnesia was determined according to GB/T 2007.7.

  The measurement of the burning loss of fused magnesia is carried out according to the regulations of GBIT 5069

7Inspection rule

7.1 Inspection Batch

  Each inspection batch shall not exceed 50t.

7.2 Sampling

  Sampling of fused magnesia is performed according to the regulations of GBIT 17617.

7.3 Judgment and retest

  The test results shall be judged according to the technical requirements. If the demander has any objection to the quality of the product, the supply and demand parties (or entrust a third party) shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect, and determine the brand according to the result of the re-inspection.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packing bag material should be tough, moisture-proof, bag mouth should be sealed tightly.

8.2 The packaging bag should indicate the product name, quantity, manufacturer and trademark.

8.3 The means of transport of fused magnesia shall be clean, there shall be anti-rain and snow facilities, and the transportation process shall be strictly prevented from moisture and pollution.

8.4 fused magnesia should be stored in a moisture-proof and pollution-free warehouse.

8.5 The quality certificate shall be carried out in accordance with YB/T 5142.
