本标准规定了黏土质和高铝质致密耐火浇注料的牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。
本标准适用于以黏土质和高铝质原料制成的致密耐火浇注料,主要用于工业窑炉等热工设备

3牌号
根据Al2O3:含量将黏土质和高铝质致密耐火浇注料分为NTJ-40、NTJ-45、GIJ-50、GJ-60、GIJ-65、GLJ-70、GLJ-80 七个牌号。牌号中NT,GL、J分别为黏土、高铝、浇的汉语拼音首字母,数字代表Al2O3质量百分数。
4技术要求
黏土质和高铝质致密耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法
5.1试样的制备按YB/T 5202.1的规定进行。
5.2氧化铝的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114的规定进行。
5.3耐火度的测定按GB/T 7322的规定进行。
5.4体积密度的测定按YB/T 5200的规定进行。
5.5常温抗折强度的测定按GB/T 3001的规定进行。
5.6常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
5.7加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988的规定进行。
6质量评定程序
6.1组批
产品按同一牌号组批,每批不大于60t,原料变更时应另行组批。
6.2抽样及合格判定规则
6.2.1产品抽样按GB/T 17617进行。
6.2.2氧化铝含量、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。
6.2.3检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定时,为合格。如有不合格项目时,应6.2.1重新抽取试样对该项目进行复验。复验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,判定该批产品为合格,否则为不合格。
6.3合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明,使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545的规定进行。
7.2产品发出时应附有质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。
7.3产品发出时应附有产品使用说明书。
Clay and high alumina dense refractory castable
1 Range
This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of clay and high alumina dense refractory castables.
This standard applies to dense refractory castables made of clay and high alumina raw materials, which are mainly used in thermal equipment such as industrial kilns

3Brand number
According to Al2O3: content, clay and high aluminum dense refractory castable is divided into NTJ-40, NTJ-45, GIJ-50, GJ-60, GIJ-65, GLJ-70, GLJ-80 seven grades. In the grade, NT,GL and J are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for clay, high aluminum and pouring respectively, and the numbers represent the mass percentage of Al2O3.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of clay and high alumina dense refractory castables shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 The preparation of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T 5202.1.
5.2 Alumina is determined in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 Refractories shall be determined according to GB/T 7322.
5.4 Volumetric density shall be determined according to YB/T 5200.
5.5 The bending strength at room temperature shall be determined according to GB/T 3001.
5.6 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.
5.7 Determination of permanent line change of heating shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
The products shall be batch according to the same brand, each batch shall not be greater than 60t, and another batch shall be formed when the raw materials are changed
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
6.2.1 Product sampling is carried out according to GB/T 17617.
6.2.2 Changes in alumina content, compressive strength at room temperature and heating permanent line are acceptance inspection items.
6.2.3 If the average values of the test results all conform to the provisions of Table 1, they shall be considered qualified. If there is any unqualified item, the sample shall be taken again in 6.2.1 for retesting of the item. The average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, and the batch of products is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third-party certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15545.
7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
7.3 The product shall be shipped with the product instruction manual.
