3 牌号
3.1 牌号
耐火材料用不烧镁橄榄石分为 F40 和F45 两个牌号,其中 F45 又分成 AB 两个级别。
3.2 牌号表示方法牌号的表示方法:F取自镁橄榄不英文名称的首字母,后面的数字为氧化镁的含量;同一氧化镁含量、不同灼减量分别用 A 和 B区别。
4技术要求
4.1 耐火材料用不烧镁橄榄石化学成分见表 1。

4.2 粒度要求
4.2.1 粒度<50 mm 时,其中小于 1 mm 的粒度不超过 10%。
4.2.2 粒度<120 mm 时,其中小于 1 mm 的粒度不超过 5%。
4.2.3 其他粒度要求由供需双方商定。
5 试验方法
5.1 化学成分的测定按照 GB/T 5069 或者 GB/T 21114 的规定进行,仲裁按照 GB/T 5069 的规定进行。

6 检验规则
6.1 组批
产品按批交货。每批按同一产地、同一牌号、同一品级组成,每一检验批不大于 300 t。
6.2 取样
取样按 GB/T 17617 的规定进行。
6.3 判定与复验
6.3.1 产品质量仪检验结果按本标准第4章的技术要求进行判定。
6.3.2 需方对产品质量有异议时,用备份样对不合格项进行复验,按复验结果重新判定。如要求仲裁时,有关事宜由供需双方协商解决。
7 包装、标志、运输、贮存和质量证明书包装、标志、运输、贮存和质量证明书按 YB/T 5142 的规定进行。

1 Range
This standard specifies the grade, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of non-burned magnesium olivine for refractory materials.
This standard is applicable to magnesium olivine for refractory materials without calcination.

3 Brand
3.1 Brand
Refractory with non-burning magnesium olivine is divided into F40 and F45 two grades, of which F4$is divided into AB two levels.
3.2 Brand representation method :F is taken from the first letter of the English name of magnesium olive, followed by the number of magnesium oxide content; The same magnesium oxide content and different cauterization reduction were differentiated by A and B respectively.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The petrochemical composition of non-burned magnesium olive for refractory materials is shown in Table 1.

4.2 Particle Size Requirements
4.2.1 When the particle size is less than 50 mm, the particle size less than 1 mm shall not exceed 10%.
4.2.2 When the particle size is <120 mm, the particle size less than 1 mm shall not exceed 5%.
4.2.3 Other granularity requirements shall be agreed by both parties.
5 Test methods
5.1 The determination of chemical composition shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 5069 or GB/T 21114, and the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 5069.
5.2 Particle size determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 2007.7.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Batch Groups
Products are delivered in batches. Each batch is composed of the same origin, the same brand and the same grade, and each inspection batch is not more than 300 t.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling was performed according to GB/T 17617.
6.3 Judgment and retest
6.3.1 The inspection results of the product quality meter shall be judged according to the technical requirements in Chapter 4 of this standard.
6.3.2 If the Demander has any objection to the product quality, it shall reinspect the nonconforming items with the backup sample and make a new judgment according to the reinspection result. If arbitration is requested, relevant matters shall be settled by both parties through negotiation.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and Quality Certificates Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T 5142.
