1 范围
本标准规定了刚玉-莫来石砖的分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。
本标准主要适用于高炉陶瓷杯、熔融气化炉、炭黑炉等工业窑炉用刚玉-莫来石砖。

3 术语和定义
GB/T 10325 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
刚玉-莫来石砖 Corundum-mullite bricks
刚玉-莫来石砖是指以刚玉、莫来石为主要原料,主晶相为莫来石和刚玉的定形耐火制品。
4 分类、形状和尺寸
4.1 砖按主要成分 Al0,含量分为 GMZ-75、GMZ-80、GMZ-85 和 GMZ-88 四个牌号。牌号中 G、M、Z分别为刚、莫、砖的汉语拼音首字母。数字部分表示氧化铝含量的质量百分数。
4.2砖的形状尺寸应符合 GB/T 20511 的规定或用户规定要求。
5技术要求
5.1砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。
5.2砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表2的规定。
5.3预组装产品的尺寸允许偏差应符号表3的规定。

6试验方法
6.1砖的检验制样按 GB/T 7321规定执行。
6.2化学分析按 GB/T 6900或 GB/T 21114规定进行。
6.3显气孔率、体积密度的检验按 GB/T 2997规定进行,
6.4常温耐压强度的检验按 GB/T 5072规定进行。
6.5荷重软化温度的检验按 YB/T 370规定进行。
6.6加热永久线变化检验按 GB/T 5988规定进行,
6.7抗热震性的检验按 YB/T 376.1规定进行。
6.8热膨胀检验按 GB/T 7320规定进行。
6.9砖的尺寸、外观检査按 GB/T 10326规定进行。
7 质量评定程序
7.1产品验收
预组装产品对预组合后产品进行整体检查验收,其他窑炉用产品对产品尺寸、外观进行检查验收。
7.2组批
按牌号进行编批,每批不大于 150t。
7.3抽样及合格判定规则
产品的抽样及验收按 GB/T 10325 的规定进行。化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化为产品考核验收项目。加热永久线变化判定形式为:单值在最大值及最小值范围内,判为合格,否则为不台格。
7.4合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
8包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
8.1砖的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 16546 规定进行。
Corundum mullite bricks
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of corundum and mullite bricks.
This standard is mainly applicable to corundum mullite bricks used in furnace ceramic cups, fused gasifiers, carbon black furnaces and other industrial kilns.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 10325 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1Corundum- Mullite bricks
Corundum – mullite brick refers to corundum, mullite as the main raw material, the main crystalline phase of mullite and corundum shaped refractory products.
4 Classification, shape and size
4.1 According to the main component Al0, the brick content is divided into four grades: GMZ-75, GMZ-80, GMZ-85 and GMZ-88. In the brand, G, M and Z are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin for Gang, Mo and Brick respectively. The number part indicates the mass percentage of alumina content.
4.2 The shape and size of the brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 20511 or the requirements specified by the user.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
5.3 The permissible deviation of dimensions of pre-assembled products shall be specified in Symbol Table 3.

6 Test methods
6.1 Brick inspection sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2 Chemical analysis shall be performed in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
6.3 The inspection of apparent porosity and bulk density shall be carried out according to GB/T 2997.
6.4 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.
6.5 The test of the load softening temperature shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB/T 370.
6.6 Heating permanent line change inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.
6.7 Thermal shock resistance shall be tested according to YB/T 376.1.
6.8 The thermal expansion test shall be conducted according to GB/T 7320.
6.9 The size and appearance inspection of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Product Acceptance
The pre-assembled products shall be inspected and accepted as a whole after the pre-assembled products, and the size and appearance of the products shall be inspected and accepted for other kiln products.
7.2 Batch Group
Batch according to the brand, each batch is not more than 150t.
7.3 Sampling and qualification rules
Sampling and acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. Chemical composition, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength, heating permanent line changes are the items of product inspection and acceptance. The determination form of heating permanent line change is: if the single value is within the range of maximum and minimum values, it is judged as qualified, otherwise it is not grid.
7.4 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16546.
