抗结皮耐火浇注料
1 范围
本文件规定了抗结皮耐火浇注料的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。
本文件适用于新型干法水泥窑使用的抗结皮耐火浇注料。

3 术语和定义
GB/T18930 界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件
3.1
抗结皮耐火浇注料 coating resistant refractory castable
以硅酸铝质材料和碳化硅等主要原料及添加剂制成,具有抗结皮性的耐火浇注料。
4 牌号
抗结皮耐火浇注料按 SiC 含量分为 KIP-25、KIP-35、KJP-45、KIP-55 和 KIP-65 共五个牌号。其中,K、J、P 为“抗”、“结”、“皮”汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字为 SiC 含量的质量百分含量。
5 技术要求
抗结皮耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法
6.1试样制备按 GBT 4513.5 进行。
6.2碳化硅的测定按 GB/T 16555 进行。
6.3 常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、加热永久线变化及最高使用温度的测定按 GB/T4513.6 进行。其中高温抗折强度是指材料在1100℃C预烧3h后的试样所做的高温抗折强度。
6.4 抗碱性的测定按 GB/T 14983 进行。
6.5 抗结皮性的测定按附录 A 进行。
7 质量评定程序
7.1 组批
产品按同一牌号组批,每批不超过60t。原料或生产工艺变更时应另行组批。
7.2 抽样及合格判定规则
7.2.1 产品的抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 的规定进行。
7.2.2 化学成分、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化、抗结皮性为验收检验项目。检验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,为合格。检验结果有不合格项时,应按7.2.1重新取双倍数量的试样对不合格项进行复检复检结果平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。
7.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行,
8 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1 包装、标志、运输及储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。
8.2 产品发出时应附有质量证明书及使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、本文件编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。

1 Range
This document specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of refractory castables.
This document applies to refractory castables with anti-crust for use in new dry process cement kilns.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T18930 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document
3.1
Coating resistant refractory castable
It is a refractory castable made of aluminum silicate material, silicon carbide and other main raw materials and additives.
4 Brand
According to the SiC content, the refractory castables are divided into five grades: KIP-25, KIP-35, KJP-45, KIP-55 and KIP-65. Among them, K, J and P are the initial letters of “resist”, “knot” and “skin” in Chinese pinyin, and the numbers following are the mass percentage content of SiC content.
5 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of refractory castables against crust should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

Note: The maximum use temperature refers to the test temperature at which the permanent line change of the material is not more than 1.5% after 5h of calcination at this temperature. |
6 Test methods
6.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GBT 4513.5.
6.2 Silicon carbide is measured according to GB/T 16555.
6.3 Flexural strength at room temperature, compressive strength at room temperature, flexural strength at high temperature, permanent line change of heating and maximum operating temperature shall be measured according to GB/T4513.6. The high temperature flexural strength refers to the high temperature flexural strength of the sample after pre-burning at 1100℃C for 3h.
6.4 Alkaline resistance was measured according to GB/T 14983.
6.5 The resistance to crust was determined in accordance with Appendix A.
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
Products according to the same brand batch, each batch does not exceed 60t. Raw materials or production process changes should be set up separately.
7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination
7.2.1 Sampling of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4513.2.
7.2.2 Chemical composition, compressive strength at room temperature, permanent line change under heating, and resistance to crust are the acceptance inspection items. The average value of the test results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, which is qualified. If there are unqualified items in the test results, double the number of samples shall be taken in accordance with 7.2.1 to recheck the unqualified items, and the average value of the retest results shall meet the requirements of Table 1, then the batch of products shall be judged qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of supplier declaration, user certification or third-party certification.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545.
8.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate and instruction manual. The quality certificate shall indicate the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the contract number, the number of this document, the name of the product, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the shelf life.
