中间包用挡渣堰根据材质不同分为高铝质(A)、铝镁质(AM)和镁质(M)三种,其中,A、M 分别为铝、镁英文单词首字母。
4技术要求
4.1中间包用挡渣堰的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

4.2中间包用挡渣堰工作面不得有贯穿性裂纹,尺寸允许偏差及其他外观要求,由供需双方协议。
5试验方法
5.1试样制备按 GB/T4513.5或GB/T 4513.7(切取)进行。
5.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 5069、GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。
5.3体积密度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。
5.4尺寸、外观及断面的检査按GB/T 4513.7进行。
6质量评定程序
6.1组批
产品按同一牌号进行组批,每批不超过60t。
6.2抽样及合格判定规则
6.2.1抽样按 GB/T 4513.2进行,或经相关方协商。
6.2.2合格判定规则各项质量性能检测结果的平均值符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。检测结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2.1的规定重新取样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判产品不合格。
6.3合格评定形式
合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书
7.1产品的包装、标志、运输、储存按GB/T 16546进行。
7.2产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、发货日期、合同号、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标检验结果等。

1 Range
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of intermediate bag slag weir.
This standard is applicable to intermediate bag slag weir.

3 Categories
The slag weir used in the intermediate package is divided into three kinds according to the different materials: high aluminum (A), aluminum magnesium (AM) and magnesium (M), of which A and M are the first letters of the English word aluminum and magnesium respectively.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of slag barrier weir for intermediate packaging shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 There shall be no penetrating cracks on the working face of the slag barrier weir used in the intermediate package, and the permissible size deviation and other appearance requirements shall be agreed by both parties.
5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation was carried out in GB/T4513.5 or GB/T 4513.7(cut).
5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 5069, GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 The measurement of bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.
5.4 The inspection of size, appearance and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.7.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
The products shall be grouped according to the same brand, and each batch shall not exceed 60t.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
6.2.1 Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 4513.2 or through consultation with relevant parties.
6.2.2 Rules for Conformity Evaluation When the average value of each quality performance test result conforms to the specified value in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified. If there are nonconforming items in the test results, the nonconforming items shall be re-sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.1 for re-inspection. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, the product is disqualified.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546.
7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, which shall indicate the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the date of delivery, the contract number, the product name, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results.
