1范围
本标准规定了半硅质隔热耐火砖的术语和定义、牌号及形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于热工窑炉隔热层或直接接触火焰的工作层用半硅质隔热耐火砖。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1半硅质隔热耐火砖 insulating semi-silicious refractory brick
是指以叶蜡石为主要原料,经成型烧成而制得的氧化铝含量在 15%~30%之间的硅铝质耐火材料。
4牌号及形状尺寸
4.1半硅质隔热耐火砖按理化指标分为BGGR-0.6BGGR-1.0,BGGR-1.2、BGGR-1.5四个牌号。其中B.G,G,R分别为“半”“硅”“隔”“热”的汉语拼音首字母,后面的数字为半硅质隔热耐火砖的体积密度。
4.2半硅质隔热耐火砖的形状和尺寸按GB/T 2992.1进行,特殊规格的产品可按需求方图纸生产。
5技术要求
5.1半硅质隔热耐火砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5.3其他特殊需求由供需双方协商。
6试验方法
6.1试样制备按GB/T 7321进行。
6.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。
6.3体积密度的测定按GB/T 2998进行。
6.4加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988进行。
6.5常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。
6.6导热系数的测定按YB/T 4130进行。
6.7外观、尺寸及断面的检查按GB/T 10326进行。
7质量评定程序
7.1组批
产品应按同一牌号进行组批,每批不超过30t。
7.2抽样及合格判定规则
产品的抽样和验收按GB/T 10325进行。化学成分、体积密度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。
7.3合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行,特殊情况由供需双方另行约定。
8.2产品发出时,应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明:供方名称、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、执行标准编号及理化指标检验结果等。
Insulating semi-silicious refractory brick
1 Range
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades and shapes, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of semi-silicon heat-insulating firebricks.
This standard applies to semi-silicic insulating firebricks for thermal furnace insulation or working layers in direct contact with flames.

3Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1Insulating semi-silicious refractory brick
It is a silica-alumina refractory with pyrophyllite as the main raw material, and the alumina content is between 15% and 30%.
4 grade and shape size
4.1 Semi-silicone-insulated firebrick is divided into four grades BGR-0.6 BGR-1.0, BGR-1.2 and BGR-1.5 according to physical and chemical indexes. Where B.G,G,R are the Chinese pinyin initial letters of “half”, “silicon”, “insulation” and “heat” respectively, and the numbers behind are the volume density of semi-silicon heat-insulating refractory bricks.
4.2 The shape and size of semi-silicon heat insulation firebrick shall be carried out according to GB/T 2992.1, and the products with special specifications can be produced according to the drawing of the demand side.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of semi-siliceous heat-insulating firebricks shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The size and appearance of the bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.3 Other special requirements shall be negotiated by both parties.
6 Test methods
6.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2 Chemical composition shall be determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
6.3 The bulk density was measured according to GB/T 2998.
6.4 The determination of permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 5988.
6.5 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
6.6 Thermal conductivity was measured according to YB/T 4130.
6.7 The inspection of appearance, size and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
Products should be grouped according to the same brand, each batch does not exceed 30t.
7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination
Sampling and acceptance of products are carried out in accordance with GB/T 10325. Chemical composition, bulk density, normal temperature compressive strength, heating permanent line changes are the acceptance test items.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the product shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546, and special circumstances shall be separately agreed by the supply and demand parties.
8.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the name of the product, the brand number, the brick number, the implementation standard number and the test result of the physical and chemical index.
