耐火砖用砌块形状尺寸

1 范围

  本标准规定了耐火材料砌块的术语和定义、尺寸砖号表示方法、尺寸规格表示方法和尺寸、尺寸规格和尺寸特征、楔形砌块(环形砌块)用量计算方法。

  本标准适用于冶金工业用高炉、焦炉、回转窑,其他工业窑炉用耐火砖砌块可参照使用。

4 尺寸砖号表示方法

  砌块的尺寸砖号由数字组成。表示法如下

 

5 尺寸规格表示方法

5.1 直形砌块(见图 1)的尺寸规格以 AXBXC 表示,单位毫米。

5.2 楔形砌块(见图 2)的尺寸规格以 Ax(C/D)xB 表示,单位毫米。

 

 

6 尺寸、尺寸规格和尺寸特征

6.1 直形砌块的尺寸砖号、尺寸、尺寸规格见表 1。

6.2楔形砌块(环形砌块)的尺寸砖号、尺寸、尺寸规格和尺寸特征见表2。

7双楔形砌块环形砌体中,环形砌体的外半径 4010 mm≤R<8020 mm,采用C=B=400 mm 的砌块时,砌块数量按式(1)~式(7)计算进行;环形砌体的外半径 5010 mm<R<10020 mm,采用 C-B=500 mm 的砌块时,砌块数量按式(8)~式(14)计算进行。计算示例参见附录 A。

Dimensions of blocks for refractory bricks

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions of refractory blocks, the representation of dimensional brick numbers, the representation of dimensional specifications and dimensions, the dimensions and dimensions characteristics, and the calculation method of the amount of wedge-shaped blocks (ring blocks).

  This standard is applicable to blast furnaces, coke ovens and rotary kilns used in metallurgical industry, and other refractory brick blocks used in industrial kilns can be used as reference.

4 Dimension brick number representation method

  The size of the block brick number is composed of numbers. The notation is as follows.

5 Dimensions and specifications

5.1 The dimensional specifications of the straight block (see Figure 1) are expressed in AXBXC, in mm.

5.2 Wedge-shaped blocks (see Figure 2) have dimensional specifications expressed as Ax(C/D)xB in mm.

 

 

6 Dimensions, dimensions and dimensions

6.1 The dimensions of the straight block are shown in Table 1.

6.2 The dimensions of the wedge-shaped block (ring block) are shown in Table 2.
