1 范围
本标准规定了热风炉基建用耐火喷涂料的分类与牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装,标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于以机械喷射方法施工的热风炉基建用耐火喷涂料。

3 分类与牌号
热风炉基建用耐火喷涂料按性能分为两类:轻质喷涂料和耐酸喷涂料。轻质喷涂料按体积密度分为两个牌号:RJP-1.2和 RJP-1.5,耐酸喷涂料的牌号为中R、N、S分别代表热、建、喷、耐、酸的汉语拼音首字母,其后的 1.2 和1.5分别代表耐火喷涂料烘干后的体积密度。
4 技术要求
热风炉基建用耐火喷涂料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法
5.1 试样的制备按 GB/T 4513.5 进行,
5.2化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。
5.3体积密度、常温抗折强度、加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。
5.4 导热系数的测定按 YB/T 4130 进行。
5.5 耐酸侵蚀后常温抗折强度的测定:试样成型后经 110 ℃x24 h烘干,在 20%硝酸 80 ℃浸泡 72 h重新在干燥箱进行 110 ℃x24 h烘干,烘干好的试样进行常温抗折强度的测定。
6 质量评定程序
6.1 组批
6.1.1 产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批。
6.1.2 同一牌号的产品每批不超过 60 t,
6.2 抽样及合格判定规则
6.2.1 抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。
6.2.2 化学成分、常温抗折强度、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目,检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。
6.2.3 检验结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2.1的规定重新取样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。
6.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行,单位包装重量由供需双方协议确定。
7.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。
Gunning refractories for hot blast stove construction
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of refractory spray coatings used in hot blast furnaces.
This standard is applicable to fire-resistant spray coatings for hot blast furnace construction by mechanical spraying method.

3 Classification and brand
Refractory spray coatings for hot blast furnace construction are divided into two categories according to their performance: light spray coatings and acid-resistant spray coatings. Light spray paint is divided into two grades according to volume density :RJP-1.2 and RJP-1.5, acid spray paint grades R, N, S respectively represent heat, construction, spray, resistance, acid Chinese pinyin initial letters, followed by 1.2 and 1.5 respectively represent the volume density of refractory spray paint after drying.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of refractory spray coatings for hot blast furnace construction shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 The sample was prepared according to GB/T 4513.5.
5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.
5.4 The thermal conductivity was measured according to YB/T 4130.
5.5 Determination of flexural strength at normal temperature after acid attack: After the sample is formed, it is dried at 110 ℃x24 h, soaked in 20% nitric acid at 80 ℃ for 72 h and then re-dried at 110 ℃x24 h in a drying oven. The well-dried sample is tested at normal temperature for flexural strength.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be set up.
6.1.2 Each batch of products of the same brand shall not exceed 60 t.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
6.2.1 Sampling is performed according to GB/T 4513.2.
6.2.2 Chemical composition, flexural strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating are acceptance inspection items, and the average value of the test results all meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.
6.2.3 If there are any nonconforming items in the inspection results, the nonconforming items shall be re-sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.1 for re-inspection. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the products shall be carried out in GB/T 15545, and the weight per unit package shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties.
7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or factory label, the name of the demander, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, standard number, product name, brand number, brick number, lot number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
