抗渗透高铝砖
1范围
本标准规定了抗渗透高铝砖的术语和定义、牌号和形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。
本标准主要用于铝行业用熔铝炉、保温炉内衬。

3术语和定义
3.1
抗渗透高铝砖 anti-penetration high alumina brick
是以高铝矶士为主要原料,通过加人添加剂,经过烧成处理而制成的具有抗铝液渗透的高铝砖。
4牌号、形状和尺寸
4.1砖按三氧化二铝含量不同分为KST-85,KST-70 两个牌号,K,ST分别为抗、渗透汉语拼音首个字母大写,85、70代表三氧化二铝含量的质量百分数。
4.2砖的形状尺寸应符合GB/T 2992.1、GB/T 20511的规定,亦可按需方提供的图纸进行生产。
5技术要求
5.1砖的理化指标应符合表 1的规定
5.2 砖的尺寸允许偏差和外观应符合表 2 的规定。

6试验方法
6.1砖的制样按GB/T 7321进行。
6.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。
6.3显气孔率、体积密度的测定按GB/T 2997 进行。
6.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。
6.5外观尺寸及断面的检查按GB/T 10326进行。
6.6Si、Fe元素在7075 铝合金中的检测方法按附录A进行。
6.7 7075铝合金化学成分的检测按GB/T 20975.4和GB/T 20976.5进行
7 质量评定程序
7.1组批
砖按同一牌号进行编批,每批不大于150t。
7.2抽样及合格判定规则
砖的抽样及验收按GB/T 10325进行,化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度和ΔSi,ΔFe(7075铝合金在815℃x72h后)为砖的理化检验验收项目。
7.3 合格评定形式
合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
8包装、标志运输、储存和质量证明书
8.1砖的包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 16546进行。
8.2砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。
High permeability aluminum brick
1 Range
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades and shapes, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of high alumina bricks.
This standard is mainly used for aluminum industry aluminum melting furnace, insulation furnace lining.

3 Terms and definitions
3.1
Anti-penetration high alumina brick
The high aluminum brick is made of high aluminum rock as the main raw material, by adding additives, and by firing treatment, which is resistant to aluminum liquid penetration.
4 Grades, shapes and dimensions
4.1 Bricks are divided into two grades KST-85 and KST-70 according to the different content of aluminum oxide,K and ST are respectively the first letter of resistance and penetration Chinese pinyin uppercase,85 and 70 represent the mass percentage of aluminum oxide content.
4.2 The shape and size of the bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992.1 and GB/T 20511, and can also be produced according to the drawings provided by the demander.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1
5.2 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

6 Test methods
6.1 Brick sample preparation is carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2 Chemical composition shall be determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
6.3 The apparent porosity and bulk density were measured according to GB/T 2997.
6.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
6.5 The inspection of the appearance size and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
6.6 The detection method of Si and Fe elements in 7075 aluminum alloy is carried out according to Appendix A.
6.7 The chemical composition of 7075 aluminum alloy is tested according to GB/T 20975.4 and GB/T 20976.5
7 Quality assessment procedures
7.1 Batch
Bricks shall be batched according to the same grade, and each batch shall not be larger than 150t.
7.2 Rules for sampling and conformity determination
Brick sampling and acceptance according to GB/T 10325, chemical composition, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength and ΔSi,ΔFe(7075 aluminum alloy after 815℃x72h) are the physical and chemical inspection and acceptance items of bricks.
7.3 Form of conformity assessment
The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
8 Packaging, marking transport, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Bricks are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546.
8.2 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier or factory standard, the name of the demander, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, standard number, product name, brand number, brick number, lot number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
