1 范围

  本标准规定了炭素焙烧炉用耐火砖的分类,技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于炭素焙烧炉用耐火砖。

3 分类

  按使用部位不同分为横墙砖、火道墙砖、火道墙拉砖三类,分别标记为 HQZHDZHLZ.

4技术要求

4.1 砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

4.3 砖的工作面不得有网状裂纹。

4.4裂纹只允许跨过一条棱,跨棱裂纹的长度不合并计算。

4.5 砖的断面层裂应符合表2中裂纹工作面的数值规定。

4.6 单重大于 30kg 和小于 1.5kg 或难于机制成型的异型砖,其技术要求由供需双方商定。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样制备按 GB/T 7321 进行。

5.2 Al2O3,、Fe2O3,含量的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

5.3 体积密度、显气孔率的测定按 GB/T 2997 进行。

5.4 常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072 进行。

5.5 蠕变率的测定按 GB/T 5073 进行。

5.6 热膨胀率的测定按 GB/T 7320 进行。

5.7 砖的外观、尺寸及断面的检査按 GB/T 10326 进行。

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

  砖按同一牌号和生产工艺组批,每批数量不大于 500t。6.2 抽样和验收

  砖的抽样和验收按 GB/T 10325 进行。化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、蠕变率为验收检验项目。

6.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1 砖的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 的规定进行,或按合同规定执行。7.2 砖发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。

1 Range

3 Classification

  According to the different parts of use, it is divided into three types: transverse wall brick, fire passage wall brick, fire passage wall pull brick, respectively marked as HQZ, HDZ, HLZ.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.3 The working face of the brick shall not have mesh cracks.

4.4The crack is allowed to cross only one edge, and the length of the crack across the edge is not combined.

4.5 The fracture spalling of bricks shall conform to the numerical specification of the crack working surface in Table 2.

4.6 For special shaped bricks weighing more than 30kg and less than 1.5kg or difficult to form by mechanism, the technical requirements shall be agreed by the supply and demand parties.

5 Test methods

5.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 7321.

5.2 The content of Al,0, Fe0, was determined according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The bulk density and apparent porosity were measured according to GB/T 2997.

5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 The creep rate was measured in GB/T 5073.

5.6 The thermal expansion rate was measured according to GB/T 7320.

5.7 The inspection of the appearance, size and section of the bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  Bricks are batch according to the same grade and production process, and the quantity of each batch is not more than 500t. 6.2 Sampling and acceptance

  Sampling and acceptance of bricks was carried out in accordance with GB/T 10325. Chemical composition, apparent porosity, compressive strength at room temperature and creep rate are the acceptance test items

Eye.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 The packing, marking, transport and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546 or in accordance with the contract. 7.2 When the bricks are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier or factory standard, the name of the demander, the date of delivery, the contract number, the standard number, the product name, the brick number, the lot number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results
