经过我司与老干妈食品厂共同努力,历经30余日攻坚克难,老干妈贵定生产基地,环保炉灶关键部位,顺利完工。
这也是我司即徐州富集铂金直流电弧炉后,又一新的开始。
环保炉灶关键部位,采用整体预制结构。 在考虑炉膛高温工况的前提下,兼顾整体炉膛烟气循环,同时考虑灶体整体保温降耗。
我们通过梯度保温,保证了,整体炒酱炉灶在炉膛最高处温度达到1350度的情况下,炉灶外皮温度控制在50度下,有效减少了,
整体炒酱炉灶的热能损耗,明显改善了炒酱师傅的工作环境。

he key parts of the environmental protection stove are prefabricated / precast as a whole. On the premise of considering the high temperature working condition of the furnace, the whole furnace flue gas circulation is taken into account, and the overall heat preservation and consumption reduction of the stove body are considered at the same time. Through gradient insulation, we ensured that the overall cooking stove reached 1350 degrees at the highest temperature in the furnace, and the skin temperature of the stove was controlled at 50 degrees, which effectively reduced the thermal energy loss of the whole stir-fried sauce stove. Obviously improved the working environment of stir-fried cooking master.
