1范围
本标准规定了水泥密用硅莫砖的术语和定义、分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于水泥窑用硅莫砖。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1硅莫砖Guimo brick
以硅线石、莫来石、高铝矶土熟料为主要原料和/或其他辅助材料经压制成型后具有高耐磨性的烧成制品。
4分类与标记
4.1分类
按荷重软化温度指标分为GM1650、GM1600、GM1550三个牌号。
4.2标记
产品标记顺序为:产品名称、品种和标准号。示例:牌号为GM1650的硅莫砖标记为:硅莫砖GM1650JC/T1064-2007。
5技术要求
5.1产品的尺寸允许偏差与外观应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法
6.1制样按GB/T 7321的规定进行。
6.2Al2O3按GB/T 6900的规定进行。
6.3体积密度显气孔率按GB/T 2997的规定进行。
6.4耐压强度可按GB/T 5072.1,GB/T 5072.2的规定进行,其中GB/T 5072.1是仲裁检验方法。
6.5荷重软化温度按YB/T 370的规定进行。
6.6热熊稳定性按YB/T 3761的规定进行。
6.7常温耐磨性按GB/T 18301的规定进行。
6.8热膨胀率按GB/T 7320.1的规定进行。
6.9产品的尺寸偏差和外观质量按GB/T 10326的规定进行。
7.检验规则
7.1出厂检验
出厂检验项目包括第5章中除热膨胀率外的全部性能。
7.2组批与抽样
7.2.1产品按同一类别组批,每批不超过150吨。
7.2.2抽样按GB/T 10325的规定进行。
7.3判定规则
产品的判定按GB/T 10325进行。破坏性检验的样品应从外观检查合格的样本中抽取。第5章中除热膨胀率指标外所有项目为考核指标。
8包装标志、运输和贮存及质量证明书
8.1标志、包装、运输和贮存按GB/T 16546进行。
8.2砖出厂时应附有质量证明书,质量证明书应包括:供方名称、需方名称、合同号、生产日期、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号、尺寸、外观及理化指标等内容。
Silica brick for cement kilns
1 Range
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage, and quality certificates for cement-dense silica bricks.
This standard is applicable to silica brick for cement kiln.
2 Normative reference documents
The terms in the following documents become terms of this Standard by reference to this Standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated citations are not applicable to this Standard; however, parties to an agreement under this Standard are encouraged to explore the use of the most recent version of these documents. 3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Guimo brick
Sintered products with high wear resistance after pressing with sillimanite, mullite, aluminite clinker as the main raw material and/or other auxiliary materials.
4 Classification and labeling
4.1 Classification
According to the load softening temperature index is divided into GM1650, GM1600, GM1550 three brands.
4.2 Tags
Product marking sequence: product name, variety and standard number. Example: A Silmo brick with the grade GM1650 is labeled: Silmo Brick GM1650JC/T1064-2007.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 The permissible size deviation and appearance of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

The temperature of the thermal expansion rate can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. Note 2: Technical requirements for products with special requirements may be agreed upon by both parties. |
6 Test methods
6.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
6.2Al2O3 is carried out in accordance with GB/T 6900.
6.3 Volumetric density apparent porosity shall be determined according to GB/T 2997.
6.4 The compressive strength can be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.1 and GB/T 5072.2, wherein GB/T 5072.1 is the arbitration test method.
6.5 The load softening temperature shall be carried out according to YB/T 370.
6.6 Hot bear stabilization shall be carried out according to YB/T 3761.
6.7 Wear resistance at room temperature shall be in accordance with GB/T 18301.
6.8 The thermal expansion rate shall be in accordance with GB/T 7320.1.
6.9 The size deviation and appearance quality of the product shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
7 Check the rules
7.1 Factory Inspection
The factory inspection items include all the properties in Chapter 5 except the thermal expansion rate.
7.2 Batch and sampling
7.2.1 The products shall be batch in the same category, each batch shall not exceed 150 tons.
7.2.2 Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 10325.
7.3 Decision Rules
Products are judged according to GB/T 10325. Samples for destructive testing shall be drawn from samples that pass the inspection. In Chapter 5, all items except the index of thermal expansion rate are assessment indicators.
8 Packing mark, transport and storage and quality certificate
8.1 Marking, packing, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546.
8.2 The quality certificate shall be attached to the brick before delivery, which shall include: supplier name, demander name, contract number, production date, product name, standard number, brand number, batch number, size, appearance and physical and chemical index.
