1范围
本标准规定了钢纤维增强耐火浇注料的术语和定义、分类和标记、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书等。本标准适用于各种热工窑炉用的钢纤维增强耐火浇注料。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1钢纤维增强耐火浇注料steel-fiber reinforced refractory castable以高铝矾土熟料或刚玉等为骨料和粉料,加入结合剂、2%~4%(质量百分数)的耐热钢纤维和外加剂配制而成的耐火浇注料。
4分类和标记
4.1分类
钢纤维增强耐火浇注料按性能指标分为F1、F2、F3共三类。其中F为纤维的英文首字母。
4.2标记
按产品分类和标准号的顺序进行标记。
示例:钢纤维增强耐火浇注料F1标记为:

5技术要求
5.1理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法
6.1试样制备
按YB/T 5202.1的规定进行。
6.2化学分析
按GB/T 6900的规定进行。
6.3常温抗折强度的测定
按GB/T 3001的规定进行。
6.4常温耐压强度的测定
按GB/T 5072的规定进行。
6.5加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988的规定进行。
6.6 1100℃~室温水急冷急热循环5次后抗折强度的测定按附录A的规定进行。
7检验规则
7.1检验分类
检验按类型分为出厂检验和型式检验。
7.1.1出厂检验
出厂检验项目包括化学成分、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化。
7.1.2型式检验
型式检验包括表1规定的全部内容。在下列情况下进行型式检验:
a)生产工艺或原材料有较大改变时;
b正常生产时,每年至少进行两次;
c)停产半年以上,恢复生产时;
d)出厂检验结果与上次型式检验结果有较大差异时。
7.2组批与抽样
7.2.1组批
钢纤维增强耐火浇注料按同一牌号组批,每批不超过50t。原料或生产工艺变更时应另组批。
7.2.2’抽样
钢纤维增强耐火浇注料的抽样按GB/T 17617的规定进行。
7.3判定规则
检验结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。若仅有一项不合格时,应对副样进行不合格项的复检。
复检结果符合表1的规定时,判定为合格。检验结果多于一项不合格时,判定为不合格。
8标志、包装、运输、贮存和质量证明书
8.1标志、包装、运输和贮存
按GB/T 15545的规定进行。
8.2质量证明书
产品发出时应附有质量证明书及使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称、产品名称、牌号、批号、生产日期、理化指标及执行标准和保存期等内容。

1 Range
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of steel fiber reinforced refractory castables. This standard is applicable to all kinds of steel fiber reinforced refractory castables for thermal kilns.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Refractory castable is made of high bauxite clinker or corundum as aggregate and powder, adding binder, 2%~4%(mass percentage) heat-resistant steel fiber and admixture.
4 Categorize and label
4.1 Classification
Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable can be divided into F1, F2 and F3 according to the performance index. F is the initial letter of fiber.
4.2 Tags
Label in order of product classification and standard number.
Example: Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable F1 marked:

5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Physical and chemical indexes shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 Any other requirements shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
6 Test methods
6.1 Sample Preparation
According to YB/T 5202.1.
6.2 Chemical Analysis
According to GB/T 6900.
6.3 Determination of flexural strength at room temperature
According to GB/T 3001.
6.4 Determination of compressive strength at room temperature
According to GB/T 5072.
6.5 The determination of permanent line change of heating shall be carried out according to GB/T 5988.
The flexural strength of 6.61100℃~ room temperature water after quench cooling and quench heating cycle for 5 times shall be determined according to Appendix A.
7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Inspection Classification
The inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection according to the type.
7.1.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection items include chemical composition, pressure strength at room temperature and permanent line changes in heating.
7.1.2 Type inspection
The type test includes all the contents specified in Table 1. Type inspection is performed in the following cases:
a) When there is a major change in the production process or raw materials;
b) During normal production, at least twice a year;
c) Stop production for more than half a year and resume production:
d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result.
7.2 Batch and sampling
7.2.1 Batch Group
Steel fiber reinforced refractory castable shall be batch according to the same grade, and each batch shall not exceed 50t. Another batch should be made when the raw material or production process is changed.
7.2.2′ sampling
Sampling of steel fiber reinforced refractory castables is carried out in accordance with GB/T 17617.
7.3 Decision Rules
If the inspection results conform to the provisions of Table 1, it shall be judged as qualified. If there is only one non-conformity, the sub-sample shall be reinspected for non-conformity.
When the reinspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, it is judged to be qualified. If there is more than one unqualified inspection result, it will be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to GB/T 15545.
8.2 Certificate of Quality
When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and an instruction manual. The quality certificate shall indicate the supplier’s name, product name, brand number, batch number, production date, physical and chemical index, implementation standard and storage period.
