镁钙砖
1.范围
本标准规定了镁钙砖的牌号及形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。
本标准适用于不锈钢、特种钢冶炼用精炼炉及钢包内衬用烧成镁钙砖。
2.规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3.牌号及形状尺寸
3.1牌号镁钙砖按氧化钙含量及杂质含量的不同,分为MG-20MG-20A,MG-30MG-30A,MG-40MG40A,MG-50七个牌号。其中M、G分别为镁、的汉语拼音首字母,阿拉伯数字为氧化钙的质量百分数A 代表同一牌号杂质含量低的优质产品。
3.2 形状尺寸
镁钙砖的形状尺寸应符合 GB/T 2992.1 YB/T 060 的规定,亦可按需方提供的图纸、尺寸要求进行生产。
4技术要求
4.1镁钙砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定

5.试验方法
5.1试样制备按 GB/T 7321 进行。试样应采用干法切取或钻取,制备好的试样不得烘干,并应在2h内进行试验。
5.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 5069或GB/T 21114进行
5.3显气孔率体积密度的测定按 GB/T 2997进行,规定浸液为煤油。
5.4常温耐压强度的测定按 GB/T 5072进行。
5.5荷重软化开始温度的测定按 YB/T 370进行。
5.6外观尺寸及断面的检查按 GB/T 10326进行。
6 质量评定程序
6.1组批
同一牌号、同一工艺生产的产品组成一批,每批不大于100t。不足100t的按一批计。
6.2抽样及合格判定规则
抽样和验收按GB/T 10325进行。化学成分、显气孔率、体积密度和常温耐压强度为验收检验项目。
6.3合格评定形式
合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。
7.包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书
7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 进行。其中产品包装要求真空密封7.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果及尺寸、外观、断面层裂的检验结果等。
Magnesia-calcium brick
1.Scope
This standard specifies the grade, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of magnesia-calcium bricks.
This standard is applicable to sintered magnesia calcium bricks for stainless steel and special steel refining furnaces and ladle lining.

3.Brand and shape size
3.1 Grade magnesia-calcium bricks are divided into seven grades MG-20MG-20A,MG-30MG-30A,MG-40MG40A and MG-50 according to the different content of calcium oxide and impurity. Among them, M and G are the initial letters of the Chinese pinyin of magnesium, respectively, and the Arabic number is the mass percentage of calcium oxide. A represents the same grade of high-quality products with low impurity content.
3.2 Shape and Size
The shape and size of magnesia calcium brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992.1YB /T 060, and can also be produced according to the drawings and size requirements provided by the buyer.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of magnesia-calcium bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size deviation and appearance requirements of magnesia-calcium bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation was carried out according to GB/T 7321. The sample should be cut or drilled by dry method. The prepared sample should not be dried and should be tested within 2h.
5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 5069 or GB/T 21114.
5.3 The apparent porosity volume density was determined according to GB/T 2997, and the immersion solution was specified as kerosene.
5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.
5.5 The initial temperature of load softening was determined according to YB/T 370.
5.6 The inspection of appearance dimensions and section shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
The products of the same brand and the same process shall constitute a batch, and each batch shall not exceed 100t. Less than 100t is counted by batch.
6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules
Sampling and acceptance were conducted in accordance with GB/T 10325. Chemical composition, apparent porosity, bulk density and normal temperature compressive strength are the acceptance test items.
6.3 Form of conformity assessment
Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.
7.Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Products are packed, marked, transported and stored in GB/T 16546. 7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or the factory standard, the name of the demander, the production date, the shelf life, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the brick number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical inspection results and the test results of the size, appearance and splination of the section.
