1范围

  本附录规定了钢包喷注料喷射制样方法

2 试验设备

2.1 双活塞泵喷射机。包括搅拌系统、喷射系统和促凝剂添加系统。喷射系统包括活塞泵、橡胶耐压管和喷枪;促凝剂添加系统包括促凝剂计量泵和促凝剂输送耐压管

2.2 台秤1个,精度1 g;磅秤1个,精度 0.1kg.

2.3 压力不小于 0.5 MPa的压缩空气源。A.2.4 喷射用模具。模具的长和宽不少于 600 mm,深度不少于20mm。木质模具的木板厚度不低于20 mm;钢质模具的钢板厚度不低于5 mm。

3 试样

  取300 kg~500 kg钢包喷注料用,促凝剂水溶液适量

4 试验步骤

4.1应将室温和水温控制在15℃~25℃,料温与室温相平衡。

4.2把实验用设备安装到位,把材料加人搅拌机。

4.3 称量所需添加的水,精确到±0.1 kg。

4.4 将钢包喷注料在搅拌机运行过程中加水搅拌。加水后总的搅拌时间为5min。

4.5 泥料自流值的测量应在搅拌后 1min 内进行。

4.6 喷枪手应按喷射施工操作规程规定的方式进行调整压缩空气压力大小和促凝剂加入量。调整合适后即可向准备好的模具内喷射。

4.7 喷射成型的试样应静止放置养护 24 h.

5试样切割

  切割试样时应先切除 20 mm 厚的边缘部分,然后按(160±1)mmX(40±1)mmX(40±1)mm 尺寸切割成条形试样即可。

6制样报告

  制样报告应包括:

  a)钢包喷注料的牌号、生产日期及数量

  b)喷射机型号;

  c)试验单位、喷枪操作人员姓名和喷射制样日期;。

  d)喷射钢包喷注料加水量、流动值;

  e)喷射施工时压缩空气压力;

  f)促凝剂加人量;

  g)喷射施工体养护时间;

  h)试样切割人员姓名和试样切割日期。

 

 

 

Ladle spray sample preparation method

1 Range

  This appendix specifies the sample preparation method of ladle spray material

2 Test equipment

2.1 Double piston pump jet. Including stirring system, spray system and coagulant adding system. Injection system includes piston pump, rubber pressure tube and spray gun; The coagulant addition system includes coagulant dosing pump and coagulant conveying pressure pipe

2.2 One scale, accuracy 1 g; 1 scale, accuracy 0.1kg.

2.3 Compressed air source with pressure not less than 0.5MPa. A.2.4 Injection mold. The length and width of the mold shall not be less than 600 mm, and the depth shall not be less than 20mm. The wood thickness of the wooden mold is not less than 20 mm; The thickness of the steel plate of the steel mold is not less than 5 mm.

3 Sample

  Take 300 kg~500 kg ladle injection material, and the coagulant aqueous solution is appropriate

4 Test Steps

4.1 The room temperature and water temperature should be controlled at 15℃~25℃, and the material temperature and room temperature should be in balance.

4.2 Install the experimental equipment in place and add the materials to the mixer.

4.3 Weigh the desired amount of water to ± 0.1kg.

4.4 The ladle injection material is stirred with water during the operation of the mixer. The total stirring time after adding water is 5min.

4.5 The measurement of mud flow value should be carried out within 1min after mixing.

4.6 The gunner shall adjust the compressed air pressure and the amount of coagulant added in accordance with the method specified in the injection construction operating procedures. Adjust properly and spray into the prepared mold.

4.7 The jet-molded sample should be placed at rest for curing for 24 hours.

5 Sample cutting

  When cutting the sample, the edge part of 20 mm thick should be cut first, and then the strip sample can be cut according to the size of (160±1)mmX(40±1)mmX(40±1)mm.

6 Sample preparation report

The sample preparation report shall include:

  a) Grade, production date and quantity of ladle injection material

  b) Jet model number;

  c) Name of test unit, spray gun operator and date of spray sample preparation; .

  d) The amount of water added and the flow value of the injection material of the injection ladle;

  e) Compressed air pressure during injection construction;

  f) The amount of coagulant added;

  g) curing time of spray construction body;

  h) Name of sample cutter and sample cutting date.
