双楔形砖砌砖的计算示例

  为便于鱼雷罐内衬砌体的砌砖用量计算,这里提供基于本标准的双楔形砌块环形砌体计算示例。

  示例 1:

  工作衬直简段外半径为 1680 mm 的鱼雷罐,罐衬厚度为 382 mm,砖缝厚度为2 mm 时计算每环砖量。

  【方案】 选取鱼雷罐竖厚楔形砖砌筑,由表2知 1298.8 mm<R<1948.2 mm,宜采用 SH38.2/30(或 SH38.2/30K)的小半径竖厚楔形砖和 SH38.2/20(或 SH38.2/20K)的大半径竖厚楔形砖双楔形砌筑。此时 RDd=1948.2 mm,RDx=1298.8 mm,K’d=120.0块,K’x=80.1块。按照式(1)及式(2)计算;

示例 2:

  工作衬锥简段某砖环最大外半径为 1648 mm 的鱼雷罐,罐衬厚度为 250 mm,砖缝厚度为2mm 时计算该环砖量。

  【方案】选取鱼雷罐偏楔形砖砌筑,由表3 1275.0 mm≤R<2550.0 mm,宜采用LX25/20的小半径偏菱楔形砖和 LX25/10 的大半径偏荾楔形砖双楔形砌筑。此时 RDd=2550.0 mm,RDx=1275.0 mm,K’d=157.1 ,K’x=78.6 ,按照式(1)及式(2)计算:

RDd= 1948.2mm,RDx= 1298.8mm,K’d=120.0 pieces,K’x=80.1 pieces. According to formula (1) and formula (2);

Example 2:

  For a torpedo tank with a maximum outer radius of a brick ring of 1648 mm, the thickness of the tank lining is 250 mm, and the thickness of the brick seam is 2mm, the amount of the brick ring is calculated.

  [Scheme] The partial diamond wedge brick masonry of torpedo tank is selected. As shown in Table 3, 1275.0mm ≤R< 2550.0mm, LX25/20 small radius partial diamond wedge brick and LX25/10 large radius partial chuck wedge brick double wedge masonry should be adopted. At this time, RDd= 2550.0mm,RDx= 1275.0mm,K’d=157.1 pieces,K’x=78.6 pieces, calculated according to formula (1) and (2) :
